Fred Olsen Cruise Lines

Fred Olsen Cruise Lines  is dedicated to providing passengers with a personal and an intimate cruising atmosphere.

The Fleet

There are four ships, the Balmoral, the Black Watch, Braemar and Boudicca, which sail to the most beautiful destinations in the world – the Adriatic, the Amazon, the Baltic, Europe, Arctic, Iceland, Greenland, the Caribbean, Canary Islands, West Africa, Iberia, the Mediterranean, Norway, Ireland, Northern Europe, the UK, South America and North America.  The ships are comparatively smaller than those of other cruise lines which makes it possible to provide a warmer and a much more personalized service.

A Fred Olsen Cruise For Everyone

Fred Olsen Cruise Lines is known for its themed cruises.  Each cruise caters to a different group and to particular interests which give it a personal touch.

The Arts Club

There are several cruises which cater to the different artistic interests of passengers.  Some of these are the Choirs at Sea cruise for the music lovers, the Comedy cruise for those who want to get a good laugh, the History cruise which includes a number of topics to your choosing, and the Painting cruise which includes activities for artists.

Cruise & Walk

This is a combination of a cruise and a walking tour.  Together with Ramblers Worldwide Holidays, Fred Olsen puts together a wonderful itinerary for those who enjoy cruising as much as exploring new places on foot.

Flagship Golf

What could be better than cruising on a golf holiday?  The Flagship Golf theme includes on-board facilities for practice, golf tournaments, five training sessions with a PGA  Professional, and four rounds of golf in premiere18-hole golf courses in the Mediterranean, Baltic, Caribbean or Canary Islands.

Mini Cruise

A mini cruise is ideal for those who want a well-deserved weekend holiday.  Perfect for first-timers, the short mini cruise sails through European channels.

Seasonal

Make Christmas even more magical by joining the Seasonal Cruises.  Decks are decked with boughs and holly in a festive Fred Olsen Christmas cruise ship.  The Christmas feast is an extraordinary gastronomic experience and the fireworks light up the sky are absolutely spectacular.   The Seasonal Cruises also include Easter cruises.  An Easter-themed cruise with an Easter bunny is something children (and even adults) won’t forget in a long time.

Music Cruise

In collaboration with Kirker Holidays, Fred Olsen offers a music cruise which features concerts and recitals by top-notch international musicians.  A must-do for music lovers, the Music Cruise will never fail to fill the senses and provide ultimate satisfaction.

Titanic Memorial Cruise

In 2012, Fred Olsen Cruise Lines will offer a commemorative cruise which pays tribute to the voyage of the Titanic in 1912.  Its itinerary will be patterned after the original route of the ill-fated Titanic and will proceed to the tragic Titanic site where a memorial service will be held in memory of those who lost their lives.  Thereafter, the ship will sail to New York as the Titanic was meant to do.
